Please submit a headshot and full body shot to be considered. Tell us about yourself.  Why do you want to become a model and what do you love about fashion?

MUSICIANS
Please provide a link to your online music portfolio (Website/MySpace/Facebook). We need to be able to hear your songs! Tell us about yourself and what type of music you play.

FASHION DESIGNERS

WRITERS
Are you a journalist? Creative writer? Or do you just like to have fun with words? Are you the next JK Rowling? If so, we want to meet you! Please give us a short summary of your writing background along with two samples of your work (no novels, please). Please paste your writing samples into the body of your email, we do not open attachments.

CHEFS
Please submit your restaurant credentials and sample images of your culinary creations (don’t worry, we won’t ask for your secret recipe). If you are not a professional chef but still like to get crazy in the kitchen, please submit photos of your best work.
